I was invited to a guest day with a local shooting syndicate based near Morpeth, thanks to Bill Grey, and  George Ashcroft.

A misty day with no wind did not help the shooting. However, the weather did not spoil a good day’s sport with the usual humor and banter.

The end of day meal was its normal high standard.

The expected bag was achieved despite the conditions.
